3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on bet66, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Individuals under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing wagers on the Platform.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful or where access to bet66 is otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
• You must hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or using another person's identity — is strictly forbidden and constitutes fraud.
• You must not be self-excluded from bet66 or from any other gambling platform pursuant to an active self-exclusion agreement.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, a third party.

4 Registration & Account Management

4.1 Account Creation

To register on bet66, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bet66 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport) and may include proof of address and source of funds documentation.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from bet66 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or, in cases of prolonged non-compliance, account closure.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bet66 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.

4.4 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened using different names, email addresses, or payment methods by the same individual — are prohibited. bet66 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withold any associated balances pending investigation.

5 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your bet66 Account must be made using payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Supported methods currently include FPX Online Banking, DuitNow Transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong, as well as selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.

• All deposit amounts are credited to your account in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed receipt.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• bet66 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which bet66 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• bet66 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the withdrawal section of your account dashboard. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to active bonuses must be met in full before those bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name. bet66 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment instruments.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction unless otherwise stated.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5to 30 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day following approval.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval, subject to blockchain network conditions.

bet66 reserves the right to carry out additional security and compliance checks prior to approving any withdrawal request. In cases where a check is initiated, the standard processing timeline may be extended accordingly.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses and promotional offers are made available to Players from time to time at the sole discretion of bet66. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless stated otherwise:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any portion of those funds — or winings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated on the relevant bonus detail page and in the bonus confirmation notification sent to your registered email address.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

bet66 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close an account, in circumstances where it determines in its reasonable judgement that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to:

• Opening or using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Placing wagers structured solely to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk to the bonus balance (e.g., placing opposing bets across games or platforms).
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms in a manner not intended by bet66.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not activated within the stated activation period, or for which wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity window, will expire automatically and be removed from the account without notice.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on bet66 are subject to the specific game rules and sports betting rules applicable to the relevant product. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game or sport rule, the specific rule shall prevail in relation to that game or event.

• Bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed by the Platform, except where specifically permitted by a "cash out" feature where available.
• bet66 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets offered at incorrect odds due to technical failure — and to re-settle the bet at the correct odds or refund the original stake at its discretion.
• In the event of a sports event being postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bet66's applicable sport-specific rules governing void and re-settlement will apply.
• Live betting odds are subject to change without notice. Bets are only confirmed when the Platform returns an explicit acceptance notification.
• bet66 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits per event, market, or game type at its discretion. These limits may vary by Player and by account history.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet66 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, event manipulation, or any form of sports integrity fraud.
• Coluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other game format where collusion would provide an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit any software bug, glitch, or technical error in the Platform's favour. Any such exploit must be reported immediately to support.
• Processing fraudulent deposits, initiating unauthorised chargebacks, or using stolen or unauthorised payment instruments.

11 Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of bet66.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bet66 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winings due to technical failure, network interruption, or Platform unavailability.
• Errors in the display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances resulting from software bugs where those errors are corrected within a reasonable time.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently shown to be inaccurate or incomplete.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

bet66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, and to withold or void associated balances, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Discovery that eligibility criteria are or were not met (including age requirements).
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Account inactivity exceding twelve (12) consecutive months. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee, details of which will be communicated prior to any deduction.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting bet66 support. Any outstanding real-money balance (excluding voided bonus funds) will be returned to the Player following successful identity verification and provided no other grounds for witholding apply.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bet66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to the registered account address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bet66 and you each irevocably agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of notice, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts. Nothing in this clause shall restrict bet66's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
